New Patients, Welcome!
Sanders Court Pediatrics welcomes new patients to our practice. If you are new to the area, or just looking for a new medical home for your children, we offer excellent service in the care of our families. We require your child’s medical records prior to scheduling their first appointment. These can be dropped-off to either of our offices, faxed, emailed, or mailed. We ask that you please follow up with our office after submitting your records. After your records have been received, we will be happy to schedule you an appointment with one of our providers.
We ask that all patients check with their insurance plan to be certain that we are a preferred provider. Due to the ever changing world of insurance, we do not keep a list of contracted insurance plans. If you do not have insurance, payment is due at the time of service.
Please be advised that Sanders Court Pediatrics does not participate in the Blue Cross Blue Shield Community Health Plan.
Your First Visit
You will be asked to complete registration forms at the time of your first office visit. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete the forms. You can complete the Registration Form and Receipt of Notice of Privacy Practices (HIPAA) before your first appointment by printing them here.
Please bring a valid insurance card and your copayment (if applicable) to each appointment. If you have new insurance and have not yet received your insurance card, you will need the following information: insurance company name, claim address, policy holder name, policy number, and group number.

If you have a newborn, Sanders Court Pediatrics reminds you to add your new baby to your insurance as soon as possible. This will help prevent any lapse of coverage for your first few appointments.
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards for payment of copayments or account balance.
We look forward to meeting you at your first appointment.
Welcome to Sanders Court Pediatrics!
Newborns
A prenatal consult with one of our pediatricians before your baby is born can be helpful for first-time parents. This visit gives expectant parents a chance to meet us and tour our facilities. Please call our office to schedule a time with one of our physicians. We welcome babies from all area hospitals. If your baby is born at Northwest Community Hospital or Lutheran General Hospital, one of our doctors will check on the baby each morning. Babies born at all other hospitals will be cared for by an in-house pediatrician and we will see the baby after discharge. After the baby is born, the initial visit should be 2-4 days after coming home.
The first years of your child’s life are critical to development. At Sanders Court Pediatrics, we provide developmental screening at each well child visit. Our physicians will be monitoring your child’s progress through all milestones.
These visits are more frequent when your child is changing and developing the fastest. A typical visit will provide education about normal growth and development, general care and immunizations, and anticipatory guidance, that is, what to expect next. Communication is key to the doctor-parent relationship at our practice. We have created a friendly, open environment so that parents feel comfortable with any issue or concern.
