Dr. Richard Pervos was born in Chicago, IL. He received his undergraduate degree and M.S in biology from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. Following completion of his master’s degree, Dr. Pervos managed a research lab at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago, investigating the relationship between x-rays and the later development of thyroid cancer, and went on to co-author two publications on this topic. He then attended the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, where he was appointed clerkship chairman and sat on the admissions committee. Upon graduation in 1982, he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Society.
Dr. Pervos completed a pediatric residency at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL, where he was honored to be named chief resident in 1984. He then entered private practice and established Sanders Court Pediatrics in 1989, opening the Sanders Arlington office in 2001, growing from a single practitioner to a group of eleven.
Dr. Pervos is married with two married daughters. He is a grandfather to Zachary, Maya, Jordan and Zoe. He is an involved member of the local community and believes that the key to successfully practicing medicine is listening to your patients.

Prior to pursuing her Masters, Megan has worked alongside an incredible team since 2014 as a Registered Nurse with Sanders Court Pediatrics.
